Prototype or sample production typically takes 1–2 weeks. Production for 10–100 pieces usually takes 3–5 weeks, while 100–500 pieces may take around 5–8 weeks. Orders exceeding 500 pieces generally require 8–14 weeks. The production timeline starts after receiving the approved sample and purchase order.

Yes, and we always recommend creating a sample before starting mass production. Once approved, the sample will serve as the Golden Reference for future production batches, ensuring consistent quality and standards across all products.

We implement a 5-step quality control process, including raw material inspection before production, in-process sewing inspection, post-assembly inspection, final inspection before packaging, and QC checklist documentation for each production lot. Clients are also welcome to schedule a factory visit to review the production process.

Once the sample is approved, we lock the pattern, materials, suppliers, and production process in our system. All repeat orders will follow the same specifications. If any material or supplier changes are necessary, we will notify the client and request approval before proceeding.
